The apex roof of the Shire 5ft x 4ft (1.5m x 1m) Kitty Shiplap Playhouse is protected by roof felt as is the decorative canopy which shields the 300mm verandah.

Features one opening Perspex window and a single door, which has been fitted with a piano hinge for added safety. This eye-catching playhouse comes treated inside and out with a honey brown undercoat and a fixing kit. This building will require a topcoat after it has been installed.

The price of this product is what impressed me first. A bargain compared to what some other sites were charging! The playhouse itself is of a really good build quality and my 5 year old loves it! So much so, she spends most of her day playing in it!
